2026 Preschool & Toddler Program Fees

ICC publishes detailed enrollment information for its licensed early-childhood programs. The following fees are from its published 2026 program information, rather than estimates from review websites.

ProgramPublished Monthly Fee
Toddler half day, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–3 PM$1,500
Toddler full day, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM$1,850
Toddler extended care, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM$1,940

Budget planning: The preschool fee schedule also lists $200 per month for additional diapering and $125 per month for optional lunch. The toddler program states that meals are included. Ask whether your child needs any optional services before calculating the full cost.

The published 2026 materials specify advance monthly payment and non-refundable fees. Parents generally must provide a full calendar month’s notice to withdraw or may owe a month’s tuition in place of notice. Preschool placement is not guaranteed solely by submitting paperwork.

Documents Parents Should Prepare

The preschool contract identifies forms and records required after acceptance, including:

  • Admission agreement and parent-rights acknowledgments.
  • Child identification and emergency contact information.
  • Consent for emergency medical treatment.
  • Child health history and physician’s report.
  • Immunization records.
  • Any additional admission and care documents requested by the program.

Accepted families should follow the current enrollment contract and its submission deadline, rather than using old enrollment forms.

Dance, Music & Indian Cultural Classes

ICC provides opportunities to learn Indian performing arts in a social environment. Depending on the session, these can include Bollywood choreography, Kuchipudi, music, cultural activities and other forms of dance.

Step 1. Open the official ICC Bollywood program page.
Step 2. Choose your preferred city and class level.
Step 3. Check the instructor, weekly day, location, fee and trial eligibility.
Step 4. Submit the official trial or registration form and watch for the confirmation email.

ICC also lists a 2026 Kuchipudi Wednesday class at its Milpitas center, scheduled from October 7 through December 16, 4–5 PM. See Kuchipudi class details.

ICC Senior Programs, Social Activities & Meals

ICC’s senior programs emphasize community participation, healthy aging and social connection. Older adults can meet peers while participating in activities suited to their interests and abilities.

Social & Recreational

Bingo, carrom, billiards, karaoke, poker, cultural gatherings and group conversations.

Wellness & Creative Activities

Yoga, meditation, dance, theatre-related activities and opportunities to stay mentally and physically engaged.

ICC’s wider community service programs have included subsidized senior lunches. The availability, eligibility and timing of meals should be confirmed with the senior-program office before a first visit.

For Milpitas senior-program questions, ICC recommends contacting the center or visiting during its published weekday senior-program enquiry window of 10 AM–2 PM. For Cupertino, it lists an enquiry window of 10 AM–1 PM on weekdays except Wednesday. These are enquiry windows, not guaranteed times for every senior activity.

Membership Fees & Choosing the Right Option

ICC offers different membership categories and services. Its published Main Center Social membership table lists the following examples:

MembershipPublished Price
Senior Social, Main Center$15 monthly or $160 annually.
Adult Single, Main Center$45 monthly or $449 annually.
Family, Main Center$69 monthly or $669 annually; includes children under 18 under the published category.
Family Lifetime$5,000 in the published membership table.

The published table also identifies a $10 initiation fee for certain monthly categories. Different chapters and facilities can use different rates or access rules.

Membership is not the same as class registration. A social membership does not automatically mean childcare, summer camps, robotics, special event tickets or private venue rentals are included. Ask for the precise benefits and total charges before joining.

How to Decide

  • Occasional festival visitor: Check whether the individual event requires a ticket or membership.
  • Parent: Compare the cost of the exact course or childcare program rather than assuming family membership pays for it.
  • Senior: Confirm access to the preferred chapter, activities and lunch program.
  • Fitness visitor: Ask specifically whether the membership includes gym equipment, scheduled classes and trainer services.
  • Table tennis player: Confirm sports-center membership and court/program access separately.

Indian Cultural Events, Festivals & Community Gatherings

ICC organizes cultural and community events throughout the year. Examples from its event and community-program pages include Diwali celebrations, Eid gatherings, performances, music events, karaoke, cultural clubs, comedy evenings and community fundraisers.

Festival Celebrations

Events can feature dance, food, cultural performances and family participation. Tickets and venue arrangements may vary.

Community Clubs

Book clubs, Gujarati literary gatherings, wellness-related programs and special-interest groups support ongoing community engagement.

For festivals and performances, check the exact event date, start time, ticket type, age restrictions, parking instructions and refund policy. A past Diwali or annual banquet listing should not be assumed to be a currently bookable event.

Readers interested in how Indian cultural centers combine festivals, educational activities and community services can also consult our Bridgewater Balaji Mandir cultural and community programs guide. That facility is in New Jersey and is not affiliated with ICC Milpitas.

Renting ICC for Weddings, Parties & Meetings

ICC offers event and banquet facilities for celebrations, community gatherings and organizational functions. Event spaces and arrangements may include a banquet hall, meeting areas, studios or audiovisual equipment, depending on the location and the booking.

Before contacting the rental team, prepare:

  • Event type: wedding, birthday, anniversary, conference, fundraiser or cultural performance.
  • Preferred date and at least one alternative date.
  • Estimated total guest count.
  • Required start, setup, event and cleanup times.
  • Seating arrangement and stage requirements.
  • Food, catering and kitchen needs.
  • Microphones, projector, music and audiovisual requirements.
  • Accessibility, parking and vendor-access needs.

Rental Enquiry: Practical Steps

1. Choose your venue. Confirm that the specific ICC location can accommodate the planned event and guest count.
2. Submit an enquiry. Open the official ICC website and use its event booking or venue enquiry form, providing the preferred date, alternate date, approximate attendance and requested room.
3. Request an itemized quote. Ask about room rental, setup, staffing, equipment, overtime, deposit, cleaning and cancellation rules.
4. Review the agreement. Confirm which services are included and whether outside vendors are permitted.
5. Complete the booking. Sign the authorized agreement and make any required payment through the approved ICC process.
Rental pricing: A single reliable universal rental rate is not published for every ICC event format. Do not assume that a member receives a particular discount, or that a requested date is available, until the venue provides a written quote.

To compare what questions matter before renting a different community facility, the Southside Community Center rental and venue comparison guide explains how rental rules can differ significantly between locations.
