The YMCA rents space for birthday celebrations, showers, meetings, graduations, receptions, weddings and other approved events. Its event center offers multiple room layouts, a large banquet area, audiovisual equipment and parking.

The published 2026 event guide lists the following examples. These are event-space rental fees, not YMCA membership or daily admission fees.

Published full-day prices include $1,600 Monday–Thursday or $2,200 Friday–Sunday for the full banquet space. Other spaces and combinations have separate daily rates.

The YMCA’s 2026 event guide also lists children’s birthday parties designed for approximately ages 2–8, with a three-hour package at $275 plus tax. The advertised package includes an indoor play maze and party room, with up to 15 children and 40 attendees total. Availability and party timing must be confirmed.

Booking an Event: Practical Steps

1. Decide your event type, preferred date and estimated guest count.
2. Check whether the room capacity fits your plans.
3. Review the hourly and full-day rates.
4. Ask about catering, kitchen access, decoration rules, alcohol restrictions, equipment and setup.
