Important: Building hours are not the same as lap-swim, open-gym, tennis court, class or fitness-program schedules. Check the particular activity before traveling.

You do not need an annual membership for an ordinary facility visit. Single-day admission includes eligible access to the pool, spa, sauna, fitness room, locker rooms, racquetball courts and open gym, subject to age and activity restrictions.

Multi-Visit Passes & Memberships

For repeat swimming, exercise or court visits, compare multi-entry passes against paying the daily rate.

PassTown ResidentNonresident
Adult, 10 visits$63$72
Youth, 10 visits$27$27
Senior/Student, 10 visits$52$59
Adult, 25 visits$140$160
Youth, 25 visits$60$60
Senior/Student, 25 visits$115$130
Adult, 30 days$56$72
Youth, 30 days$24$27
Senior/Student, 30 days$46$59
Adult, annual$504$672
Youth, annual$216$252
Senior/Student, annual$414$546
Which pass makes sense? For a town-resident adult, a $56 monthly pass becomes less expensive than the standard $7 daily rate after eight paid visits in 30 days. A 10-visit pass is better for less frequent visits, and an annual pass may suit consistent year-round use.
  • 10-visit passes expire one year after purchase.
  • 25-visit passes expire two years after purchase.
  • 30-day passes cover consecutive days from activation.
  • Annual passes include a 10% discount on most recreation classes, except qualifying one-session activities.
  • Two-person passes require the same household; dependent-youth options require a qualifying adult pass.

Cancellation near the event date can result in loss of deposit or other payments. The town’s current rentals page and detailed regulations show a few differences, including kitchen cost, so request a written quote before paying.

Lower-Cost Access: Neighbors in Action

The Town of Herndon offers the Neighbors in Action financial-assistance program to help eligible residents and qualifying nonresidents access recreation services at reduced rates.

  • Qualified residents may receive $4 adult daily admission, $3 youth admission or $10 family admission.
  • Qualified nonresidents may receive $5 adult daily admission, $3 youth admission or $15 family admission.
  • Discounts on selected multi-visit passes and classes may be available.
  • Income and household qualification criteria apply to ongoing assistance.

Seasonal promotional weekend rates may resemble these amounts but do not necessarily require the same financial eligibility. Ask the front desk which discount applies to your visit.
