2026 Membership & Resident Privilege Card

The St. Ann Resident Privilege Card and the fitness-room membership serve different purposes. The Privilege Card establishes eligibility for resident discounts, while fitness memberships provide access to specified exercise facilities.

Resident Privilege Card

  • Available to eligible St. Ann residents.
  • Residents age 13 and older: $12 for a one-year card.
  • Senior residents age 62 and older: $12 for a permanent privilege ID card.
  • Children age 12 and younger are listed as free.

To prove residency, the City asks for two forms of identification: a valid driver’s license or passport, plus a current qualifying utility bill or occupancy permit in the resident’s name.

Fitness Membership Rates

Membership typePublished annual price
Resident adult, 18–61$80
Resident senior, 62+$40

These membership prices appear in the City’s April 2026 newsletter. Confirm them with the front desk before paying because current fees may be revised independently of the newsletter.

SilverSneakers & Renew Active

The Community Center participates in SilverSneakers and Renew Active. Eligible members may use qualifying weight-room, cardio-room and sauna facilities without a separate fitness-membership charge.

Check eligibility through your Medicare health plan and ask the Community Center which activities are included. Not every separately priced sport or class is necessarily covered.

New Waterfront Banquet Venue at Tiemeyer Park

St. Ann also advertises the Waterfront Banquet Room near the Jack Rehagen Aquatic Center, at 3311 Ashby Road, St. Ann, MO 63074. This is a separate event location and should not be confused with the Community Center’s main building.

The official page lists seating for approximately 150 when a dance area is included and up to 200 without. The rental includes round guest tables and four long tables for buffet, gifts or entertainment.

Deposit discrepancy: The Waterfront page’s pricing summary lists a $600 deposit, but a later policy paragraph mentions $400. Confirm the correct amount directly with the rental office and obtain it in writing before signing.

Standard published rental hours are Friday and Saturday from noon to 10 PM. Extended hours may be available through midnight for additional charges arranged in advance.

For parking, the City directs event guests to the areas around pavilions 1, 2 and 3 and the aquatic-center lot. Do not park along curbs needed for emergency access.

Separate aquatic facility: The outdoor Jack Rehagen Aquatic Center is not the same as an indoor swimming pool inside St. Ann Community Center. Swimming hours, admission and party reservations must be checked separately.
