Repair work began October 12, 2026 and is scheduled to continue in phases through the end of the year. The City expects MCC to remain operational, but work involving upper-level windows, fitness-area access and an elevator upgrade may affect particular areas.
- Check whether your planned activity is temporarily relocated or restricted.
- Ask about accessible routes if elevator access is important.
- Allow time to navigate construction signage.
- Confirm the pool, track, fitness or climbing schedule separately.
The City is also planning its MCC Family Day on November 1, 2026, from 11 AM–5 PM, with special programming. Event hours should not be assumed to represent ordinary Sunday opening hours.
