Does the Fitness Center Really Open 24 Hours?

Greater Midland advertises a 24/7 fitness area for eligible members. That benefit does not mean the whole building, public reception, pool, gym, Child Watch or drop-in visitor services operate around the clock.

Before planning an overnight workout, confirm which membership includes after-hours entry, access setup and any age or security restrictions.

Swimming or gym visit? Check the specific pool or open-gym timetable. A pool lesson, competition, reserved activity or special event may occupy space even while the Community Center is otherwise open.

The wellness center features cardio and strength-training facilities, with personal training and organized group exercise available.

Elevated Indoor Track

A walking and running track includes an elevated adventure bridge. Youth access rules and appropriate supervision apply.

Check with staff for younger children or anyone requiring special assistance before entering the track.

Open gym planning: A court may be unavailable for ordinary play while reserved for a class, league or private event. Check the activity-specific schedule rather than relying solely on the building’s opening hours.
