Do You Need a Reservation?
As of the April 2026 access update, walk-ins are permitted while space is available. Advance reservations are optional and provide a better chance of entry during busy periods.

Cancellation & No-Show Rules

- Eligible Fishers-based nonprofit organizations.
- Qualifying local clubs, neighborhood and HOA/social groups.
- Eligible Fishers-based businesses whose meeting use meets facility rules.
