What might increase the final cost?
- Security services for events with alcohol
- Event liability insurance
- Kitchen, stage and additional equipment
- Additional rental hours, including setup and cleanup
- Nonresident classification
- Approved food vendors and relevant permits
Example: Four-Hour Banquet Rental
At the published resident rate, four billable hours in the banquet hall equal $800. Add the $60 application fee for an initial cost of $860 before the $400 refundable security deposit, insurance and additional services.
