Two adult admissions at $18 each plus two youth admissions at $11 each.

Required Identification

  • Every guest passing the check-in desk must present acceptable photo identification.
  • State, school or City of Dublin photo IDs are recognized under the published rules.
  • Proof of city residency is required for the discounted resident rate.
  • Youth ages 10–17 can ask about obtaining a Dublin Recreation ID when accompanied by a guardian with acceptable identification.
  • Visitors without the required photo identification may be denied entry.
Residency clarification: A Dublin mailing address or residence within Dublin City Schools does not automatically qualify for the City of Dublin resident rate. Your home must be within Dublin’s municipal limits.

How to Purchase a Day Pass

  1. Decide whether you need the pool, fitness center, track or gym.
  2. Check the activity schedule and confirm that your preferred area is available.
  3. Prepare identification and proof of residency if requesting the resident rate.
  4. Visit the official DCRC membership and day-pass page.
  5. Choose the City’s Purchase Guest Passes option or buy admission at the Welcome Desk.
  6. Complete payment and check in before using the facility.

Guest of Resident Punch Pass

City residents who frequently host visiting family or friends can purchase a Guest of Resident punch pass:

PassCost
5 guest visits$60
10 guest visits$120

Passes expire four years after purchase, are reloadable and must be bought in person by an eligible Dublin resident. The City limits these to one punch pass per resident household. They are not valid for the separate outdoor community pools.

2026 Annual Membership and Six-Month Rates

Membership makes sense for people who plan to use the indoor pools, fitness equipment, track or recreation areas regularly. The City’s Fall 2026 Healthy Guide includes the updated rates below.

Annual Membership Prices

MembershipCity ResidentNonresident
Individual$300$820
Household of 2$510$1,430
Household of 3$675$1,900
Household of 4$775$2,145
Household of 5 or more$830$2,360
Senior, age 60+$155$280
Military / Veteran$270$745
Senior Military / Veteran$145$275

Six-Month Resident Membership

Six-month memberships are offered to City of Dublin residents.

Membership6-Month Resident Price
Individual$185
Household of 2$310
Household of 3$405
Household of 4$465
Household of 5 or more$500

The City also offers certain specialized memberships, including college and corporate categories, with additional qualification requirements. Ask for the applicable program details instead of assuming a standard annual membership applies.

Simple value calculation: A resident adult who pays $11 for every visit would spend $308 after 28 individual visits. A $300 annual membership is less expensive at that level, assuming standard admission covers the intended activities and no special charges apply.

Annual vs. Six-Month Membership

A resident individual pays $185 for six months or $300 for a full year. Two separate six-month memberships would total $370. The annual plan therefore saves $70 compared with purchasing two six-month periods at the listed rates.

How to Join or Renew

  1. Select your household size and residency category.
  2. Choose the annual or eligible six-month membership.
  3. Prepare a current utility bill, City Resident Card or valid Ohio driver’s license as residency proof.
  4. Go to official DCRC Membership.
  5. Follow Purchase or Renew and sign into the City’s registration account.
  6. Upload your identification and residency documents under My Account, then Upload ID/Proof of Residency, if required.
  7. Allow approximately one to two business days for staff verification of uploaded documents.
  8. Complete your membership and obtain the required DCRC ID or key fob for check-in.

The City lists a $25 reinstatement fee for memberships renewed within one year of termination. Confirm all applicable terms before completing payment.

Indoor Pools, Waterslides, Lap Swimming and Aquatics

DCRC has two different indoor swimming environments: a competition/lap pool and a family leisure pool. Both share facility space with lessons and scheduled aquatic programs.

Lap and Training

Competition Pool

The 25-yard-by-25-meter competition pool includes 11 lanes and two one-meter diving boards. It accommodates lap swimming, swim lessons, recreational use and aquatic teams.

Family Water Play

Leisure Pool

Features zero-depth entry, a lazy river/current channel, children’s frog slide and a winding double-helix waterslide. The shallow water area is designed for recreational use.

What to Check Before Swimming

ActivityWhat Could Affect Access?
Lap swimmingLessons, teams, scheduled programming and available lanes.
Leisure swimmingGeneral-swim timetable, lifeguard staffing and pool capacity.
Lazy riverFeature operating times and scheduled aquatic activities.
Large waterslidePosted height, swim-safety and operating requirements.
Swim lessonsProgram registration, class capacity and participant skill level.
Private pool rentalAdvance booking and staff availability.
Waterslide rule: The leisure-pool slide has a published 42-inch minimum height requirement, with additional swimming-ability rules where applicable. Confirm current safety requirements before promising a child access to the slide.

Children’s Swimming Supervision

Children younger than 10 require age-specific adult supervision ratios in the DCRC pools. The required number of adults depends on children’s ages and the type of aquatic area being used.

For a group or birthday party, count accompanying adults in the total attendance and check the current pool-supervision chart before booking. Do not assume one adult can supervise an unlimited number of young swimmers.

How to Check Today’s Pool Schedule

  1. Identify competition-pool laps, leisure swimming, the lazy river or slide as your priority.
  2. Visit the official Dublin Aquatics page.
  3. Open the linked indoor-pool schedule for the correct day.
  4. Check whether the desired lanes or water features are available during your planned visit.
  5. Confirm any lesson, swim-team or maintenance restrictions.
  6. Call 614-410-4550 if availability is essential to your visit.
  7. Bring swimming clothes, towels and the required identification for admission.

Are the Outdoor Dublin Pools Included?

Do not confuse DCRC’s indoor pools with Dublin Community Pool North or South, which are separate seasonal facilities at different addresses.

The City’s two outdoor community pools are closed for the 2026 season. Outdoor pool admissions, seasonal passes and guest restrictions are different from ordinary DCRC indoor recreation passes.

Check official outdoor pool locations and rates.

Fitness Center, Indoor Track, Gym and Exercise Classes

Beyond swimming, DCRC offers a large fitness floor and several different recreation and exercise areas.

Strength and Cardio Equipment

The fitness center includes treadmills, exercise bikes, ellipticals, resistance machines, free weights and other exercise equipment. Standard fitness-floor access is generally intended for ages 16 and older.

Indoor Running Track

The elevated track measures approximately 13 laps per mile. Age restrictions apply, including junior credential requirements for some younger users.

Basketball and Sports Courts

The gymnasium hosts basketball, pickleball, volleyball, badminton and other designated activities. Available open-gym sessions change with classes, rentals and leagues.

Group Fitness Studios

Two exercise studios support instructor-led fitness classes, including strength, cycling, dance and other land-based activities offered on a changing schedule.

Group Fitness Passes

Group fitness classes can require a separate pass, even if you hold a general facility membership. The City publishes these prices:

Fitness OptionMemberNonmember
Single in-person trial class$12$12
10 land/water classes$60$75
20 land/water classes$90$105
Unlimited land/water monthly$65$80
Virtual fitness monthly$35$40

Participants must generally be at least 12 years old for group fitness classes. Anyone under 18 requires parent or guardian enrollment and waiver authorization.

Check-in begins 15 minutes before class and closes 10 minutes after the start. Class admission depends on capacity and is first-come, first-served.

How to Join a Fitness Class

  1. Choose a land, aquatic or virtual fitness class.
  2. Check the published class schedule and age requirements.
  3. Compare the trial, 10-class, 20-class and unlimited pass prices.
  4. Open the official Group Fitness Passes information.
  5. Purchase the correct pass through the City’s online registration system or membership desk.
  6. Arrive early to check in and claim an available class space.

Open Gym and Pickleball

Community Open Gym may be available for individual basketball practice or casual exercise, but it does not guarantee that pickleball, badminton or volleyball nets will be set up.

Before bringing a group, check the current weekly gym schedule and whether your intended sport is listed. Organized leagues and programmed activities take priority over unscheduled use.

Wee Folk Babysitting, Youth Programs and Esports

Wee Folk Room

The Wee Folk Room provides supervised care for children ages six weeks to 12 years while a parent or guardian participates in an on-site activity.

Young Children

Supervised Play

Separate age-appropriate areas provide toys, games and activities. Staff-to-child ratios apply, and capacity can be limited.

The center offers several rental options, but visitors should distinguish the normal meeting room rentals from specialized birthday packages and exclusive-use pool rentals.

Fall 2026 renovation: The DCRC Community Hall is closed for renovations during fall 2026 and is unavailable for bookings. The City expects an updated hall in 2027. Do not treat its regular capacity or historical fees as current reservation availability.
