How to Reserve a Room at Charles Chrin

Step 1 — Choose the space and guest count.

Use a community room for a smaller meeting or party and a multipurpose room for a larger event. Check the maximum capacity before choosing.

Step 2 — Select a date during rental hours.

Weekday rentals generally end by 8:30 PM and weekend rentals by 4:30 PM, unless management approves different hours.

Step 3 — Determine your resident status.

Have proof of Palmer Township residency ready if requesting a resident rate.

Step 4 — Call the rental office.

Contact 610-252-2098. Give the room, date, hours, event type, number of guests and any kitchen or equipment needs.

Step 5 — Obtain the final price.

Because the center webpage and township fee schedule differ, ask staff to confirm the applicable hourly fee, deposit, setup charges, insurance and other requirements.

Step 6 — Complete the reservation and deposit.

Follow the center’s advance reservation instructions. A room is not guaranteed until the required arrangements are completed.

Step 7 — Plan setup and cleanup.

Follow the approved reservation period and confirm rules for decorations, food, music and cleaning.
