Hours: Use the Right Schedule

The current Kirkwood Parks & Recreation facility page lists the information desk hours below. These are the safest hours for in-person questions, account help and general visitor assistance.

Monday–Friday9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Saturday10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Sunday10:30 AM–4:00 PM
Why other hours appear online: the City’s general contact page currently shows a different set of public-building hours for the Community Center. Because official pages are not fully aligned, do not assume one schedule covers every program, rental, gym or event. If your trip is time-sensitive, call 314-822-5855 and ask about the exact activity.

Open play pickleball, programs, camps, room rentals, the Aquatic Center and the Ice Arena all use their own calendars. For general advice on separating building hours from activity hours, see our community recreation center planning guide.

Programs & Online Registration

Kirkwood Parks & Recreation publishes seasonal programs through its online registration system and program guide. Offerings change by season and can include youth camps, enrichment, fitness or movement activities, special events and indoor recreation.

Youth & school-break programs

Current WebTrac listings include youth enrichment, day-off-school activities, camps and special-interest sessions. Ages, dates and prices are shown on the individual activity listing.

Sports & movement

The Community Center supports gym-based recreation, organized open play pickleball, movement-studio use and sports rentals.

Seasonal guide

The Parks department publishes a program guide and online registration portal. Use the live listing for current availability rather than relying on an older printed guide.

  1. Open the official program guide or WebTrac activity search.
  2. Filter by age, activity type, location or date.
  3. Open the exact session and check resident/non-resident price, age eligibility and remaining space.
  4. Create or sign in to the household account used by Kirkwood Parks & Recreation.
  5. Register and save the confirmation before the first class or camp day.

5-Step Visitor Workflow

1Choose the exact activity

Decide whether you need the information desk, a program, open play pickleball, a rental room, gym time, theater use, the ice arena or the aquatic center. These do not all follow one schedule.

2Check the live schedule

Use the official Kirkwood Parks & Recreation facility page, WebTrac activity search or the dated activity calendar for the specific service you want.

3Confirm residency and price

If a resident rate applies, check whether a Kirkwood or Glendale department ID is required. Rental pricing and sports fees differ by residency and use.

4Prepare the booking or registration

For classes, select the correct participant and session in WebTrac. For rentals, choose the space, date, attendance and event type before contacting staff or reserving online.

5Complete the final action officially

Register or reserve through Kirkwood’s official WebTrac system, or call 314-822-5855 when availability, special setup, accessibility or schedule details need confirmation.
