If requesting an Overland Park resident rate, bring an accepted proof of residential address and identification as required by the City.

Ask whether your selected pass includes the gymnasium, fitness equipment, other community center facilities or group exercise. Do not assume every paid class is included.

Register through the City

Open the official Tomahawk Ridge page, follow membership guidance or register at the facility desk. Keep your receipt and membership information.

Check rules and availability

Contact 913-327-6645. Ask about capacity, tables, chairs, food, audiovisual equipment, security, deposits and cancellations.

Review the current fee schedule

Consult the published City fee schedule PDF for reference, then request the latest rate and applicable policies from the facility.

Obtain booking confirmation
